Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All purchases made through our store are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order completion date. This applies to all our products, including the Ferment plugin license and any preset packs.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at with your order number or the email address used during purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
3. What Happens After a Refund
Upon a successful refund of a plugin license, your license key will be revoked and Ferment will revert to trial mode. Any presets saved locally during the licensed period will remain on your computer, but you will no longer be able to save new ones beyond the trial limit.
If a preset pack is refunded, access to the pack will be removed. Presets already downloaded locally will not be deleted, but the pack will no longer appear as owned in the Library.
4. Paddle as Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, VAT and refund processing on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
